I bought several letters of the alphabet for an awards banquet. They were budget friendly and turned out great! The letters come in a kit with everything you need: foamboard pieces, string lights with battery pack (batteries not included), and assembly instructions. They were perfect against our step and repeat photo backdrop and all of our exhibitors and sponsors loved the look.The foamboard pieces snap together ("insert tab A into slot B" kind of instructions) and can be taped or glued (not included) on the back side for extra sturdiness. Remember, they are foamboard "paper" - I recommend these for indoor use against a backdrop or wall because even assembled they are lightweight and can easily fall or come apart. Assembly takes about 30-40 mins each.Note: If you need for long term or outdoor use, look for metal letters instead.

We used this 3FT marquee number kit for our little one’s first birthday, and it was a total showstopper! It looked SO fancy, but here’s a heads up—get your hot glue gun ready because you’ll need it for extra stability (and trust me, you don’t want this thing wobbling mid-party).Setting it up was pretty easy, just snap and glue, but I’ll admit I felt like a DIY queen once it was all done. The string lights gave it a magical glow, and we added balloons for that extra pizzazz.This thing was HUGE—like, bigger than my toddler huge! And sturdy too, which is a must when you’ve got a bunch of 1-year-olds running around. I’m still getting compliments about how cool it looked, and I’m already planning to use it again. Best party decor ever!

This letter W the lights do not reach the holes! I had to pull another set of lights from an older one to make it work. This isn’t acceptable- I would like a new set of lights for what I had to pull bc I will use this letter often. If the company sends me another set I will post an update.Also the lights have changed to a heavier plastic vs the aluminum causing me to add braces for added support! I had to cover up all the extra lights bc they shine through the foam board :(

I purchased the number 1 for my son's birthday and it worked really well! Putting it together wasn't difficult and didn't take too long and it looked really nice next to the decor that was set up.

The instructions and assembly were a bit confusing for me at first, but once my brain started to work, it was pretty simple to assemble. Sturdy. Bulbs included and worked. The color was great, no stains, fairly priced. I’m happy with my purchase can’t wait for the other numbers (2,4)to arrive.

A lot bigger than what I expected. Gotta build it yourself. It does take time to put together so I recommend not waiting last minute to build it. I ordered all 3 letters separately and weeks before the party.

This light up is the perfect accessory for a first birthday and many other celebrations and photo shoots BUT wow- difficult assembly process and just kind of cheap and not really as expected. Have to put together with super glue and comes in just a BUNCH of foam punch out prices. Quality is not that good nor stable. Item isn't something that will last to be used for photo prop or to be expected as a keepsake. But, great size. Lightweight. Including the lights is a plus. Overall it'll work and look great once you've put it together but it's just an annoying process and in my opinion price is a little steep for ONE number piece. I'm stuck in the middle with this one. Not the best but if you're crafty and don't mind the installation or that you'll most likely be throwing it away right after use I recommend it. I personally wouldn't purchase again.
