EDIT 5-23-25: I used a lead test kit to see if there was lead present on my firearms after shooting, there was. I wiped the firearms down with these wipes and tested again, no lead. These things work. These are great wipes to take to the range. If you're shooting striker fired pistols like glocks, your hands can get a lot of powder on them. There is lead in most primers and most bullets so that black powder that gets on your hands could have lead in it. These wipes are great for cleaning up after shooting and getting that lead off. Lead poisoning is no joke and every little thing you can do to lesson the amount of lead you're exposed to helps.

Used these on a recent camping/shooting trip with multiple friends and their kids. Some of the 22lr ammunition we were using wasn't jacketed and was just exposed lead. We made a hand washing station with a water jug, baby wipes, and then these wipes. It was nice to have peace of mind of having minimal lead exposure after using these wipes. The wipes held up fine, they have a citrus scent, and seemed to be effective for my use case, which was to minimize lead exposure for the kiddos.

Great to take to the range or use at home whenever handling lead ammunition, cleaning firearms, etc. I am sure to use them immediately after a range session or during the session before eating or drinking anything. I was a health official in the lead industry for 20+ years so I am careful to limit exposure since lead clears slowly from the body and can accumulate over time.

They come in handy when I clean my firearm after the range to clean up and to wipe my hands from any lead.

If you shoot a lot, these are good peace of mind. I use them to wipe everything down before and after cleaning. I personally went through them pretty quick. I shoot every 2 weeks or so.

Something good to have in the truck for range visits. Keeps hands clean after sessions.

Wipes work great!

Quick and convenient wipes for lead dust after spending time at the range. Nothing is perfect, but a little “harm reduction” is a step in the right direction.

These things are expensive but it’s imperative that you remove heavy metals from your skin.

Great product if you shoot a lot of lead shells or 22lr. It cleans up your hands well and keeps you from absorbing as much lead. A must have for the price.
