I'm leaving a mixed review, but 5 stars for the product because it is nicely packaged, the notes are all in key, and it is a lot of nice equipment for the under 30 dollar price range.Here's why it didn't work for me. I thought it would be fun to plunk around on it and learn a few basic things to hook around with my friend who plays her ukulele at me.I understood when I ordered it that you blow into the instrument to make it play, so I don't know why I was so disappointed when I was trying to play a little song and had to concentrate on not only the notes, but also applying CONSTANT wind pressure from my lungs. This would be fun for someone who already knows how to play piano, and just wants to annoy his friends by hammering out tunes on an instrument you can play up in a tree, under a bridge, at the top of the Eiffel tower, anywhere.But if you are wanting to learn as you go, don't subject yourself to having to blow up an air mattress while simultaneously trying to figure out songs.I know, I'm dumb.But the guy from the band "Squirrel nut zippers" made it look so fun and easy.Oh yeah, no volume control. It's loud.Sounds like an accordion.

Fun and inexpensive
This melodica is an entry level instrument, which is just what I wanted. There are pro quality melodicas that cost almost 10 times as much, but wouldn't make a beginner like me sound 10 times better. All notes are in tune. It's loud--much louder than a harmonica. It sounds like a cross between a harmonica and an accordion. With two tubes, a couple of different mouthpieces and a thin but functional carry bag, it has everything I need.

Was a gift for a 3 year old and she loves it. Very nice quality and pretty pink for her.

Short lived
After about 3 weeks of playing, the f key quit working and now sounds like the e key.

Lamentablemente lo esperamos por más de una semana y no llego con las mangueras ni aditamentos. No lo recomiendo
