I am mostly L but sometimes XL size in other clothing. I ordered in an XL and it fit tight but good enough. I added extra foam because of my batman costume but even with the foam it comes with already makes a big difference. The shirt also seems durable enough for costume use.

I am 6'1" and 220 lb. The extra large size fits me perfectly. The shirt makes me look really muscular, especially in the chest area. However, the arm portion stops at the elbow, which makes my arms look big where they meet my real arms at the bottom of my biceps. I am wearing it under a shirt to hide this.

This is more of a compression body thing rather than a chest binder…when it’s folded up twice that’s when it’s more of a binder
