Not the first, second or 10th time I have bought one of these. Industry standard for any kitchen. I got this one for my house after my wife stole ours for her kitchen at work. Every kitchen needs one!

Not worth it
Purchased this item on accident assuming it was a bernriner, which it is obviously not. I’m not giving this a one star review because it’s not a bernriner but because it’s such a poor piece of kitchen equipment that no chef should use this and possibly injure themselves. The blade does not shred finely and does not shred evenly, and is just not safe, spend your money on a bernriner worth 30 something bucks and be careful!
