If you want it to pick up your voice, you have to be yelling. Even then it cuts out every few seconds for at least a few seconds. The audio quality is just bad too. If you're expecting it to be the same as the mic you get with a new headset, you will be supremely disappointed.

Its a little stiffer then the one that came with my headset but thats ok for me not noticeable while gaming. Its lasted and hasnt broke yet, quality is there for a replacement mic. No one complains they cant hear me.EDIT changed to 1 star, didnt last a year went to unplug the mic and it pulled apart and now the plug is stuck in a $160 headset.tried to talk to them for a replacement and was told no.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Product arrived broken, closer inspection shows mic to not be as flexible as original and made of lower quality material

Would give a zero if possible. It arrived non-functioning and the design is highly questionable. Unlike the original piece for the headset which is slightly flexible to adjust microphone positioning this one is stiff as a rock and oddly heavy. Most definitely loaded with more scam china spyware tech.

I think it's my headphones. It plugs in but must not be compatible with my headphones. Sad but they don't work
