44L 12v Compressor Fridge Freezer for Campervan Caravan Motorhome Boat Van Conversion Portable Dual Zone Mini Refrigerator Black Low Noise 12/240 volt

Just had this connected up to a spare leisure battery for testing, and so far so good. it seems to be using very little power. Delivered the day after I ordered it, and it was well packed with no damage. My only niggle was that the door is covered in a protective plastic film, which is a swine to remove, but not worth deducting any stars. The freezer cooled down really quickly, but the fridge takes a lot longer. What struck me was how quiet it is. It is currently about 3 feet away from me and I can hardly hear it. Storage space appears to be ample, but time will tell when I start to use it properly.

Reasonable price works well.

Excellent fridge although I’m unable to adjust the freezer compartment temperature down from the factory setting of -20C which does cause the fridge to run at about +2C (I’ve set it at +5) which is ok for me as everything is nice and chilled. There is more room in the fridge & freezer than I was expecting and inside and outside appears well made. Very quiet running.

5 stars because it does what it says it does, and does it well. The freezer temp drops very quickly to minus temperatures and the fridge temp, a little slower to drop but gets there eventually. I fired this into my camper van and kept my beers, milk, and pasties cold. It’s very quiet running, it’s not silent but that’s because it’s not possible, however as quiet as you could expect. I slept fine with it on. It’s a simple design, fits well, runs well. What more could you want.

We were very surprised how good this fridge was. You do have to think what your putting inside. ie. down size stuff. We brought small milk bottles which fitted great in the door ( off amazon ) we used the plastic tray containers from our takeaway meals. The freezer compartment small but workers brilliantly. One word of warning Read and learn how to switch your fridge on to night mode. If not the control panel lights your van up like Blackpool illuminations.

We purchased this shield autocare 12v fridge for our self build campervan and it has been a life saver not buying food and milk everyday. I have not fitted it fully yet into a unit but I wired it straight into my eco worthy charge controller and it has been working faultless for the past 2 weeks and keeps everything nice and cold and the freezer compartment is a game changer we keep ice cold frozen lollies in there. It has not even taken our 100ah lifepo4 battery below 100% the whole time and it's a great size for our needs. As for noise level it is not very noisy only a bit when it comes back on but it does not affect us at all. It has easy to use temperature touch controls. We would not be without this fridge now. So we highly recommend this fridge 😁

Great little fridge freezer, fitted into campervan perfectly. Working brilliant six months in, no problems whatsoever. For the size I suppose it's quite expensive however, these little fridges seem quite pricey across the ranges, not sure why but that said, this seller is considerable cheaper than some others and very fast to deliver. I would absolutely recommend this seller.
