Set realistic goals!
Being active my whole life I’ve tried everything there is to try as far as diet goes and what I’ve found is they all work well if you stick to them. For some reason despite my best efforts, the motivation stops and progress slows.What I love most about this book is the mindset change. Having realistic goals and knowing you’re going to fail every now and then takes the pressure off and will actually improve and sustain results.This is a good read for anyone who no longer wants to have food at the forefront of their mind 24/7. Sonnen and Parsons will help you put yourself on autopilot and let YOUR body become its healthy version of itself.

Great!
So good I also bought the audio book to reinforce the information. Solid advice and plan from a guy who has actually worked the diet. Great guidance on setting realistic goals to avoid burning yourself out both in the beginning and as you continue the diet. I’ve tried several of the recipes as well. They are easy to make and taste good too.

Buy this book!
This book is an eye opener. Gives your workable insight and technique on losing fat, building muscle and doing it smoothly. Well written and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Do yourself the favor and buy the dang book. Annnnd for that YOURE WELCOME!!

Great condition from seller
Bought "used/like new" from the seller and it really is. It looks brand new to me. The book itself is a great read so far and very insightful. I've read a few self help books for fitness but Chael puts goals into a more relatable context. I will recommend this to my friends.

Awesome book!
I recommend this book to anyone who is trying to improve their health. The material is easy to understand and I found the way they break down goal setting was excellent.

Shockingly good
I bought the book because I’m a fan of The American Gangster. I expected it to be full of the same rehashed information that can be found in most diet books. And while much of the information is the same, it is presented in an interesting way that is entertaining and informative. There are only so many ways to tell people to eat right and move more. Chael manages to do it in an interesting way.

Good enough.
It’s not bad by any means, but a lot of the information is in other books I have read before. The diet presented is basically Tim Ferris’ slow carb diet, and the workouts aren’t real unique either. I was really hoping for a more personalized rendition of Chael’s ideas and habit. With that said, great book for a novice or anyone looking for a little motivation and a place to start.

Well thought out and easy to follow. Chael does a good job of being real with you. But just reading it won’t get you fit

Half-way through. CHAEL IS THE BEST! It really is written in his tone and cadence; so his voice leaps off the page. Much more scientific than I was expecting. I kinda thought it would be a "bro-science" entertaining read. The tone is bro-ish, but the science is legit. The co-author is that guy that Chael sometimes does fight companions with on his couch.

Undefeated undiputed
If you're looking for a book on how to get in fighting shape, written by an undefeated legend of his sport. A man who decided to jump ship to Bellator so he could face tougher competition, look nowhere else.

Discussing male weight loss strategies, without hype, or agenda. Makes you feel you can do it. Godd advice for life beyond weight loss as well.
