Another Brilliant Read
This follow up to Both of You is a thrilling, gripping and engaging read. It can be read as a standalone but I strongly suggest you start with Both of You first. Both of You finishes ambiguously and like many of Adele Park's readers I wanted a definitive answer! Just Between Us delivers this and ties up all loose ends as well as giving the reader further characters and plot twists.I don't want to say too much or give any of the plots away but this is another epic psychological thriller from Adele Parks and had me staying up into the wee hours as I couldn't put it down!

Just brilliant
Adele Parks is a QUEEN. This book is phenomenal! I actually don’t think any written review could do this book justice. I need to give it a go.Both of You was a book that completely blew my mind. I was desperate to know what happened next. I was thrilled to receive a message from Adele letting me know that this would fill in any blanks I had. I instantly became more excited. I mean, I only need a title of an Adele Park’s books to preorder so my countdown for delivery was on.The wait has been a million percent worth it. It has been a delight to revisit characters that I adore from Both of You. I could never have predicted how this was going to play out. This is completely unacceptable and utterly brilliant from beginning to end.I feel like I want to just slide into Adele’s DM’s with the words “ALL HAIL QUEEN ADELE”. Nothing about this book can be considered a negative. It’s brilliant from page one to the end. I found myself completely lost in the pages and unwilling to put this down.We finally find out the truth behind Fake Fiona and discover the real reasons for her actions. I’ve really found my heart hurting for poor Seb and Oli, they are definitely the innocents in this.Mark and Daan are also back. Both suspects and I’m still unsure on my opinion of both of them. However, Parks portrays them perfectly and in a way you feel empathy for them as the plot unfolds. This is perfectly paced. I was pulled in and completely unwilling to put this down. It has resulted in me devouring this entire gem in just one sitting. My only regret, I can’t experience this as a first read all over again.I have read most of Adele’s books and these are my favourites. They are just phenomenal. Unpredictable, completely addictive and guaranteed to keep the reader on the edge of their seat.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this book. It is a masterpiece and should be on everyone’s TBR.

In a reading slump? Then pick this up!
I don’t think this book needs much of an introduction, considering it reached The Times' top 10 bestseller list in just 3 days! I had completely forgotten I had pre-ordered it, so that was a pleasant surprise when I had the email notification saying it had been dispatched. It also came at the perfect time, as I have been struggling with reading lately and I needed an excellent thriller to pick me back up, and this did just the trick!Kylie Gillingham is a bigamist. She is also missing and presumed dead and her two husbands are the suspects; need I say anymore? This is also a follow-on from ‘Both of You’, however, I can 100% confirm that it can be read as a standalone, as I haven’t read ‘Both of You’, although it is now going to be bought. This story had me perplexed from the start as it didn’t take long for the culprit to be revealed, leaving me unsure of which direction the story was going to take. There are a lot of twists and turns, and although I did see a few of them coming in the latter half of the book, I still didn't know how the story was going to end, which left me turning page after page frantically.I would highly recommend for thriller lovers or if you're stuck in a reading slump, this book is guaranteed to pull you back out.
