I need a replacement kitchen bin fast and ordered this as I liked the idea of the inherent handles on the solid liner. On my previous one the solid liner had a metal handle which I pulled right off within about two weeks of owning it. This has in-built molded handles that sit higher than the outer metal shell when open and give me a comfortable and secure grip. Then there is the hole at the back of the liner through which you push excess bin bag when you've smoothed it around the front and sides. This, combined with the thoughtfully designed handles, means the bin bag is well hidden when the lid is closed, so it looks neat and tidy. The liner also doesn't seem to create a suction and bin bags area easier to remove (I could never wrestle a full bin bag out of my old one). The bin closes quietly, I prefer this type of outward opening lid, and the metal outer shell is a breeze to wipe clean. It's slightly smaller than I expected (I'm no good at working out how big 30 litres is) but that's ok for me, and it does tend to slip on a tiled floor when you operate the pedal so I put it on a little washable mat which has a rubber back. Only had it a couple of months at most, but pleased with my purchase so far.

Looks sleek and smart, easy to clean, has an inner bucket, just the right size for small household, slow closing lid - I just love it!

Excellent bin at a fair price. Perfect size for the kitchen. Foot opening mechanism is robust and works well.

Fantastic and classy bins

Bought this as a recycling bin, to smarten up my kitchen. Husband told me we didn't need a new one and not to waste money.We have had it a couple of months now. Husband has suggested I buy another one to replace our kitchen waste swing bin too.Things he particularly likes: the internal handles making it easy to lift out the liner from emptying; the large capacity; the robust pedal mechanism.Things she particularly likes: vanilla colour perfectly matches our kitchen; it looks premium.
