Let me start by saying I love everything and anything made by Lifepro.I haven’t bought anything yet that I’ve been disappointed with and I own many products from Lifepro.Their products are very well made, always at a great price, easy to assemble, fast shipping and best of all they stand by their products and have a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!!That in itself is worth the money. Just make sure you scan the QR code you get in the box or go on the website and register.I purchased the Lifepro Intensiflex Max. It came with everything you need to put together including wrench set ( I would suggest to use your own wrench set if you have one) it was much faster than the cheap one they give you.It was very easy to assemble and didn’t take long.Mine came looking brand new unlike some of the other reviews saying it was dirty and had a oil film.Only thing I can complain about it was missing a plastic cap but since they have a fantastic customer service team they are sending me out a new one.I love how light but very sturdy this machine is. I like to move around my house when doing my workouts. Being able to move this outside on my back porch is so nice.It’s very versatile on what you can do with it. Not just for squats. I’m also using it for stretching and being able to adjust the bar is great.I’ve been using this now for a week. I can already tell my muscles are getting stronger with the ease of use.I hate doing anything squats but this has help tremendously with my workout and this makes it so easy to do with having a bad back.I’ve been able to get a whole body workout in a short time.Not straining on any body parts and I find i don’t have to do as many reps to get the outcome I’m looking for.This wonderful new gem is my go to first thing in the morning along side my Rumblex pro.Lifepro has many great workout videos that you can watch to get the most out of your workout.They also have the best FB page to get answers to questions, new ideas and motivation.I’m very happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend the Intensiflex Max.You can’t go wrong with any Lifepro product.Happy customer as always!

Love the adjustment mechanism. Heavy duty, but lightweight enough to move around a garage. Highly recommend for the comfort of going heavy on split squats

I’ve tried to use a bench for years on split squats. Couldn’t justify buying something else for the home gym that took up space for limited exercises. Enter this unit.Easy to assemble/disassemble, lots of height settings, lightweight but maintains its location while in use. Highly recommend, and tucks away behind my plate tree when not in use.

Don’t buy this product. The bolts that are in the box don’t tighten with the nuts so can’t get past the first step of assembly. I saw a review or two mention this of course after I bought it that they bought new bolts and such for this to work or a new wrench. I’m not really in the position to do this, I’m not the handiest person and I don’t think I should have to be as it’s supposed to be able to be assembled with the materials present in the box.I also called the supplier about this problem, they assured me if they sent me a new one this should be resolved. It wasn’t, it had the exact same problem. So now I have to either throw one of these out or idk what. Either way incredibly frustrating and lots of wasted time, please save yourself your time and don’t buy.

Makes Bulgarian split squats not as terrible as they really are. I like it.

It totally delivers what it says it will. Great and comfortable and pretty solid. Feel safe letting it hold up weight. Would love it if it offered even taller models.

This product was relatively easy to put together with the provided tools. I started using it right away and it showed me immediately that I need to work on my form better. I haven't done squats in a while but now I'm excited to get back into it with my own little home gym. I've also got one of the vibrating exercise machines from LifePro, which is great for someone like me who doesn't really love to work out. I can get an effective workout in in much less time using these machines. Thanks LifePro for making quality equipment that is also affordable!Update 5/24/24: This machine has helped me perfect my squat form so I can lift heavier. No more risk of injury by improper form and once I'm done, I settle in my with AllevaRed belt to reduce inflammation and limit muscle soreness. I'm also using the belt with a LifePro vibration plate to bust cellulite. Great tools at great prices!
