You'll be happy with this purchase.Now I've dusted over the product review I'll get to the main point - NRG Power Systems, wow, the most fantastic customer service I've ever received. Our Powakaddy was delivered to the wrong address by the courier and the lengths NRG went to to resolve this issue were outstanding, especially as it was in the period between Christmas and new year. We were contacted daily with updates and after our initial 1st contact with the courier was less than adequate NRG really took the bull by the horns and relieved us of any need to do anything further.If you have any problem with the product then contact NRG directly, you wont be disappointed.Thank you NRG :)

Whilst the battery appears to work ok (only used it once). I was disappointed to find that although it states it is 'Powercaddy' compatible, the battery does not fit the battery tray on the trolley. I will now have to try and adapt the tray so it will fit.

The battery seems to be fine so far. The carrier not so good I had to wait for 3 weeks for it,it had been put in my wheelie bin without letting us know!!!

Used in once so far on an 18 hole course, and found it to be OK still some power left after a very hilly game of golf, only time will tell for a better qualified review.

Have now used this on about 6 occasions and have found it to be very capable of covering 18 holes, in particular when my golf course is very hilly.Delivery was first class and it arrived prior to expected date.

works well, nice size easy to store and carry with me. much lighter than the one i had before, so happy to recomend it.

I decided to purchase this product rather than the more expensive lithium battery and I've found it more than adequate for the job and at the same time being very light to handle. It is used once, sometimes twice a week on a fairly flat course. Delivery was within 2 days and service from NRG exceptional. I needed to speak to them after delivery and I found their customer service (Miles) to be excellent. I recommend dealing with this first calls company.
