These Ashwagandha capsules truly work. I've noticed a eal calming effect, better digestion, and no more random stomach pain. It also supports my immune system and helps me feel more balanced overall. I love the fact this company plants a tree with the purchase of every bottle. The products made by this company are top notch. Also the boxes they use to house their glass bottles are made sustainably with sugar cane. I honestly plan on buying all my vitamins and herbs only from this company.

This will calm you down and help you sleep but it also helps get your heart to slow a bit. I like taking it after a quick bite or a meal. I do not usually have upset tummy, but I think my body prefers using with some food before or after taking. Its is also good for Thyroid so I heard, but I didn't notice any difference as I take natural hormones and iodine anyway. Great for relacing and a sleep aide.

I started taking this brand of Ashwaganda from Herbal Roots and it is an excellent supplement at a reasonable price. Ashwaganda has been helpful in for dealing with work related stress and problematic sleep pattern. After a trial period, I set this product for save and subscribe since, in my opinion, it is an excellent supplement and the ordering and delivery of the product have been seamless.

i really didn’t have to high of expectations but i’ve been a smoker for years now and within 2 weeks of me taking it i’ve not had one urge too do it , & even noticing i'm not as stressed as i usually am. Honestly i would totally recommend!!
