Good for what I wanted and a good price
I bought a CC set at a garage sale for 50 cents but did not have all the marbles. I ordered this to complete the set. Very good price. YES, the board is folded and needs to be stabilized but the review of one person who suggested gluing it down onto a more sturdy cardboard box side worked great for me. For those with so many negative comments, it is JUST A GAME, an inexpensive one, and it has been great to use to teach our younger grandchildren how to play a simple strategic game.

So flimsy we couldn't even play.
I love the game of Chinese Checkers and looked forward to teaching my grandchildren to play it. But this set is so flimsy, it was impossible to play. The marbles are very small and lightweight plastic, making it difficult to pick them up. They are spaced very close together so If you are trying to pick up one specific marble, your fingers cannot help but bump any marbles on each side out of their spaces. The board is made of card stock and sits in the box with no support, so every time you make a move, it bounces up and down shaking all close-by marbles out of their place. We spent more time putting displaced marbles back on the board than we were able to spend playing the game, so after 4 or 5 moves, we gave up. I would have been much better off buying a more expensive and heavier set. I probably won't bother, though, because such a negative first experience will have soured any interest in trying to play again on a better set. (Score one for video games and negative two for trying to interest my kids in family board games. Boo-hoo.)

Fun family game, poorly made
At $6, I am pretty sure I overpaid for this.Chinese checkers is a fun game, and children as young as four understand the rules and can play independently. I was glad to find a cheap version, but it is cheap in price and manufacture. The game board is cardboard, and will most likely not last a year in the hands of any but the most careful child. The marbles don't stay in the holes when the board is moved, and there are exactly enough marbles to play, with not a single extra.I am glad I purchased the game; it's a good learning board, and now that I know my family enjoys it, we may invest in a better-quality game when this one inevitably becomes unusable.

Slightly cheap quality, but a great game
The game itself is great without a doubt. I view this as a lighter version of playing chess, still requires strategy and thinking, but not quote as much as chess. As for this particular product, the construction quality is not the best. I guess the price should have been indicative of that. Any how, for the price it's decent.

Great gift!
My Pa-Pa has dementia, but he’s always loved this game. He was excited to receive it as a gift!

Cheap, just cheap
The board is a flimsy cardboard with little circles that have to be popped out in order for the plastic marble to stay. It looks like the plastic marble is smaller than a standard marble. The board doesn’t really lay flat and any movement sends the plastic marbles rolling. It’s not worth your time.

Kids and adults enjoy playing
The kids had so much fun learning how to play and the adults had fun too. Great game and reasonably priced
