You cant want more out of a unit for daily home use. If you live in the southeast and want to dry the house out too prevent bugs and keep from running the a/c this is it!I live in a 150 year old home with 10 foot high ceilings. This will drop my humidity in the largest room from 60 down below 40 in about an hour.A++++

Unit worked great for approx 3.5 months, then started freezing up within minutes of start. Filter and coils are very clean, like new. Fan is running.I also haven't been able to reach customer service and their website doesn't even show that they sell dehumidifiers anymore.

We’ve had the dehumidifier for about 2 months now and it works great in our basement. The humidity went from the 80s to 50s in a few days and stays down. So far so good.

So many buy the smaller cheaper models. I bought the big one! Huge 1.75 gallon tank. This unit sucks water our of the air like crazy! It's nice and quiet too! My osilating fan is louder than this big dehumidifier is. I'm glad I spent the extra money and got the big unit. So far... WORTH EVERY CENT!

Bought this because it is supposed to be quiet, which it is. Other than that, it only lasted 5 months. Was able to contact the seller's customer service and they sent a replacement. Thought all was good. The replacement lasted 5 months as well then, stopped working. Could not get in touch with customer service after several attempts. Had to get Amazon involved to resolve my issue. Do not recommend.

I’ve had my dehumidifier plugged in & one for about an hour so far & just poured out two cups of water already.

It is fantastic, fills up with water every day. It’s hard to believe how much water is in the air inside the house. I would recommend it to anyone.

This worked well in my detached garage for around 3 months. Went out earlier this week to find a layer of ice on the coil around 3” thick. Couldn’t believe it. Let it thaw and dry completely and fired it back up. The humidity was indicating 65% in my garage when I turned it back on and I keep the garage conditioned with a mini split to 75 degrees. The dehumidifier began to ice over again after only 12 hours of running. I have unplugged the dehumidifier and it’s thawing again. Not sure what to do at this point as I cannot go through this routine each day. Buyer beware!
