This is a great no region portable DVD player. Well made with a great screen and HD quality picture. Great price good value. My old Boifun DVD player was regions and it’s old as dirt. Still works though! This one’s a great little player!

I’m really happy with this portable DVD player! The swivel screen is super convenient, and the picture quality is clear and enjoyable. The sound is surprisingly good, and I love the included remote—it’s easy to use and makes controlling playback a breeze.The player is lightweight and perfect for travel, with handy options like HDMI and a headphone jack. I haven’t fully tested the battery life yet, but it would be helpful if it showed the remaining charge. Overall, it’s a great, user-friendly device for on-the-go entertainment!

8/9/2024 Update: Boifun support was very helpful in resolving my issue. They even offered to provide a full refund. However, the DVD player is working properly now. Overall, the screen size is very nice for a portable DVD player and the battery life is decent. I would say the screen resolution could be a little sharper, but the DVD player is a good value.I purchased the Boifun DVD player and after literally 2 times using it the screen started flickering. I tried multiple times with different DVDs and the same result. So, I went to my Assurion 3-year purchased warranty service and they immediately sent me to Boifun since it was still under manufacturer's warranty. The site they sent me to has no ability to file a warranty claim.Amazon was "zero" help and just pointed me back to the manufacturer (Boifun). And Amazon's link gave me a 403 error.Do not purchase the Boifun 15. 7" DVD player very poorly constructed and if you have any issues while still under warranty good luck in getting it serviced.

Very pleased. Picture is sharp and I especially like the sound

I liked this player. It was large and had a beautiful picture. Unfortunately I was looking for something a little easier to carry around and this one was too large so I returned it.

The media could not be loaded. I got this for road-trips for my kids to be able watch in the back of the van. Does the job and the battery life is excellent. Keep in mind that the resolution of the screen isn’t going to blow your mind. This isn’t meant to be a laptop or oled Blu-ray screen. The build is light plastic and certainly is made for travel. The sound is as expected coming from a plastic chassis and tiny speakers. The only thing I did not like as much about the device is the buttons; I wished it was a bit better quality, but again, you get enough bang for your buck to make theirs more than worth it. Meter your expectations and you’ll enjoy the product! Works perfectly for my use.

Great product, works as it should, good large screen.However, I’m extremely disappointed the battery lasts only 3 hours instead of the advertised 6 hours. I would have given 5 stars if the battery lasted as described.
