The instructions say to place the cardboard between the two ribs on the inner nozzle but the vac I got doesn't have two ribs. It does match the video so the instructions may be outdated. Otherwise went on ok, will update once I start using this thing. One star off for time spent confirming I got the right bag. update: So far so good. Even sucked up a pretty big nail by accident and the bag didn't puncture. I guess a downside to bag use is you can't just retrieve something you didn't mean to vacuum up.

These vacuum bags are too big for the canister. There is about a third of the bag you can't use because there isn't enough room for the bag to expand. They are a little hard to install. I had one bag come off the exhaust outlet for the bag. They seem to be strong enough but are poorly designed for a 4 gal. shop vacuum to fit properly. There is no dust if you make sure the bag is installed properly. They are rather expensive. I cannot recommend them.

Drywall dust will clog your vacuum filter right up, so I use this bag and get long life from those expensive HEPA filters.

The vacuum bag fit my Sears Shop vacuum and installed easily. It is inservice and won’t be removed till the unit is full. The bag protects the vacuum filter from contaminants and keeps dust/fine particles contained making for an easy cleanup .
