Motor Issue / Slow shipping-great customer care
The fan output was poor out of the box. It worked for about a minute and a half then stopped. Unplugged it for about 5 minutes then plugged it back in. It turned back on, but stopped again. Definitely has a motor issue and will be returning. I was going to just order another one, but delivery is another week wait. I ordered another brand that would be delivered faster.Update: The seller did reach out to me by phone after receiving my feedback. Wow! That never happens with an Amazon purchase? They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to credit the product without needing to return it. They also offered to send a free replacement fikter for another piece I ordered. Despite the issue I had with the product, it's the best customer service I've received from an Amazon purchase.

Motor overheats
Blower cannot maintain airflow when an exhaust tube is connected. Even 20’ and straight. Motor overheats and shuts off after 5 minutes. Useless!

Low Noise
This utility blower was quiet compared to others, which is nice in a shop that can echo. It fit perfectly with our inflatable paint booth. However, it did not exhaust as expected considering we used 2 of them together. I believe that the connector could have help with being tighter.

Super loud, yet effective
This is super loud and big, but once my contractors who were painting utilized it, my migraine from their paint went away. It is very effective.

Only lasted 4 months
Ordered this to vent a paint booth. Only lasted four months. Product description says support ended after only 3 months.

Moves a lot of air, duct not great
This thing moves a lot of air. This is a champ for ventilating a work space or disaster scene. THe included duct, while light, feels very cheap. I wouldn't describe this as low noise, but why would it matter in any scenario where you need to move this much air.

The intake hose is VERY light and collapses easily, but the fan itself does a GREAT job
Plan on using the fan without the hose - but that said, the fan itself puts out an AMAZING amount of flow at what really isn't an alarming noise level. The layout of housing and blade makes the output HIGHLY directional, so in the path of the stream it's a real hurricane on higher speeds - would be GREAT to dry large areas or evacuate air / smoke / etc from enclosed spaces. For the money, even though the hose is pretty cheesy, i am still calling this a definite 5 stars
