I’ve been taking this brands apple cider probiotic and love it. But this is a game changer. It actually works. I take it as soon as I feel discomfort or bloating and within 30 min I either go to the bathroom or the discomfort goes away. I carry it with me in my purse. No side effects. Awesome product.

I used this as a digestive aid during a carb load before an ultramarathon. I have to eat so many carbs it can be gnarly on my GI, leading to discomfort and slowness. This stuff actually worked. I'm usually a hard-core skeptic for this type of thing but like clockwork I didn't bloat when I took a capsule about 10 minutes before eating. I tried skipping it one meal, eating the same stuff pretty much every day for three days, and I resumed bloating. This worked so well I am considering actually buying the bigger bottle to tackle bloating distress, which occasionally crops up when I eat a ton of veggies (ok so it's more frequent than occasionally...)
