Fake Ingredient list/original ingrediant underneath
I desperately waiting for this product but its shocking that the product I received was fake. Its has double sticker and I remove the first layer of sticker and found some other ingredient list which is totally diffrent then what was needed. Extremely disappointed

When you're pregnant or nursing, it feels like there's a mile-long checklist of things to do, and choosing the right supplements is definitely up there. After diving into the world of prenatal nutrition, I landed on THORNE - Prenatal DHA, and I'm really glad I did. This supplement focuses specifically on DHA, which is super important for both mom and baby, and Thorne delivers on quality and a pleasant user experience.DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is a crucial omega-3 fatty acid that plays a huge role in the development of your baby's brain and eyes, especially during the third trimester and early infancy. It's also linked to supporting mom's mood and memory during pregnancy and postpartum. While our bodies can make some DHA, it's not always enough, and many diets don't provide the optimal amount, so a supplement like this is a smart addition. What really stands out about the THORNE Prenatal DHA is its commitment to quality and comfort. Each serving (typically two gelcaps) provides a solid 650 mg of DHA and 200 mg of EPA. This is a great ratio and dosage, aligning with many expert recommendations. One of the biggest wins for me (and something many pregnant people will appreciate!) is that these gelcaps are smaller than a lot of other omega-3 supplements out there. If you're struggling with morning sickness or just generally find large pills hard to swallow, this is a game-changer. Plus, Thorne has cleverly added rosemary and mint extracts to help minimize those dreaded fish burps, which often plague fish oil supplements. This small detail makes a huge difference in daily compliance.Beyond the user-friendly aspects, Thorne is a brand renowned for its rigorous testing and purity. They test for over 250 environmental contaminants, including heavy metals and pesticides, which gives immense peace of mind when you're thinking about what you're putting into your body for two. It's free from common allergens like gluten, soy, and dairy, making it accessible to more people. The only minor consideration I've found is that, like most DHA supplements, it's an additional pill to take alongside your main prenatal vitamin (Thorne's Basic Prenatal, for example, doesn't include DHA, so they're designed to be taken together). However, given the benefits and the ease of swallowing, it's a small trade-off.Final ThoughtsIf you're on the hunt for a high-quality, effective, and surprisingly pleasant DHA supplement to support your pregnancy and your baby's development, THORNE - Prenatal DHA is an excellent choice. Its optimal dosage, smaller gelcaps, and lack of fishy aftertaste truly set it apart. It's a brand I trust, and this product lives up to that reputation, helping you feel confident you're providing essential nutrients for both you and your little one.

I’ve been taking Thorne Prenatal Vitamins for several months now, and I’m really happy with them. These pills are easy on my stomach (no nausea or discomfort), and I feel confident knowing they use clean, well-absorbed ingredients without unnecessary fillers. No nasty taste or acid reflux with these. I still take them postpartum

The product is fine but don't bother ordering from iherb. They will cancel your order and only inform you of this 4-5 days later. It's better to order from another vendor.

I wanted to like this vitamin but I've taken them two days in a row and vomited shortly after. I can't bear the smell of the vitamins even before the bottle gets opened. I'm disappointed as I spent money on these vitamins and can't even finish them. Update: I'm adjusting my rating for the excellent customer service and quick response. I am willing to try different products from their line when I am no longer pregnant. 5/26/25 postpartum update: I decided to give the prenatal vitamin another chance because I really like the ingredients and that this brand does 3rd party testing. I'm able to better tolerate the smell. I do notice my milk supply increases when I take the vitamin and my milk is lower in supply when I forget to take it, not sure if it's a coincidence or if it actually helps boost supply. I am happy with the vitamin and will continue to use Thorne!

I have used these in addition to the prenatal vitamin for all three of my pregnancies. Quality is great which makes the cost worth it. Smell has never bothered me either and I have a sensitive nose. Doesn’t leave any sort of taste in your mouth and easy to swallow. The only issue I’ve ran into is delivery in the summer months I’ve found if I left outside too long they would sometimes clump together but they are usually easy to pull apart and never busted.
