I ordered 2 of these bags, one after the other and both arrived broken.The first was cut in the middle of the bag and the second bag's strap was not stitched properly.I'm very disappointed in this because the bag is really nice, lightweight and colorful and it has a separate pocket for wet clothing.

I used it for my kid and from second use the strap went off
