When I opened the box there was some liquid gel loose in the plastic bag. I didn't think much because those things can happen. But when I took everything out there was rust on the battery charger, the mouth piece had some yellowing, and the LED mouth piece didn't work after charging.

I can already see the difference! I've never tried this kind of whitening product before, just have tried whitening toothpastes but they don't work very well. This is the first effective whitening product I've seen!

I have used some other products also for teeth whitening but this one is best and showing good results even after use of 4-5 times, i will definitely recommend strongly.

Nothing more annoying than you almost halfway using blue lights then it suddenly beeps coz no battery where I suppose to have another 15mins using blue and red lights. I just charged it and only allow me to use not even 15mins!!
