It's the same as other sauna suits and sizing seems to be accurate. The only thing I don't like is the pants ripped easily. However, the seller refunded right away when I sent the photo of the damage. I still give it a 5-star because of the support experience.

The product appears to a good, if I could use it. They advertised it as being able to fit someone with a size 58" waist / hip. This item might fit someone with a size 40" waist / hip. Don't waste your time, or money, with this product.

In my opinion it fits true to size, I ordered a medium and it’s pretty huge. Everyone said to size up so I did. I’m 5’3” and 110 pounds. It’s not for weight loss it’s for water loss, works great for post lifting bloat, I wanted it for sweating and it works perfect for that.

The media could not be loaded. I am glad went for it! My was a little larger but it is doing what I wanted it to do - Sweating Away These Pounds! Mine was sturdy, great fit and I got more than I bargained for! It’s worth the price! I encourage you to hand wash it… I believe it will extend the life of it!

At first it worked amazing! Kept my heart rate around 130-150 during my entire workout (normally around 90-120). However, after approximately one week and 4 used it ripped. Ordered a replacement and will edit this review if the replacement works better.

I’m a woman and I got men’s medium. You will definitely sweat and I walk around my complex in hot Florida, no running and I sweat. The Only thing the inside material peels but I will be still using it.

Fits good and you run up a good sweat. But after long use it does start to rip at the seams.
