OK - but just lacked the WOW factor! Box was a bit flimsy and arrived slightly dented. Nice idea though have not yet had feedback from the child who received it as a gift.

Bought as an 8th birthday present for grandchild. A little bit fiddly but greatly enjoyed by birthday child and siblings.

Bought this for my 7 year old, who loves anything that's science. Any how the 1st time we got it out could not find any bottle for the fittings to fit on. Coke bottles, water bottles all shapes and sizes I see in one review they used a broom stick I now know why. The fitting is that small it doesn't seem to fit any of our standard screw bottles, but not to be betten I found it did fit a Tesco olive oil bottle, result! So yep up and running eventually.

It was easy to assemble but just a shame it doesn’t come with a bottle. My son has grown cress seeds inside as a greenhouse experiment.

Having saw how small the compass is, its really not worth my while building it up the children would need to use their magnifying glass to see anything, i clearly did not read the description very well as there is no bottle with it that's ok, but using a soda bottle would dwarf all the components.

we bought this for our little boy's grandpa for christmas as he's interested in the weather, and it's actually surprsingly good! Simple to use and a great start in the age old tradition of the english - talking about the weather!!

Don’t waste your money on this no use for any type of school work recording apart from temperature !Poor quality and functionally useless
