Good service
The power out cable is very short, you better be aware how will you use it. The standard DC5525 cable you purchased here may not fit, due to the central pin on the 12v port has a wider head. The battery itself works well. I hope the manufacturer will fix this issue. At least provide a reasonable long cable for power output. Customer service is very decent and quick responding to my issue.

Defective unit I guess… Does not maintain 12v output. This drops to 10v or less, in minutes. And does not recharge to full capacity.

Does what it says it does
I got this 12V power bank to run some LED lights on. On one hand, it performs pretty well for its rated capacity, but if you have a full 5A load on it, it will only last for about an hour. I ran a load test on it and the no-load voltage is 13.5V on the 12V port. Putting a max rated 5A load on it drops the voltage down to 12V though. At that amperage, it held right at 12V for about 50 minutes, then started dropping pretty quickly over the next 20 minutes. At 70 minutes, the battery shut itself off when it got down to about 10V. Overall, I got about 5.9Ah/70Wh out of it, which is reasonably close to its rated capacity. The battery did get a little bit warm when pulling 5 amps out of it for over an hour, but it doesn't get hot at all. The 4-LED meter on this battery is almost useless. With the 4 LEDs on, you can't tell if it's fully charged or just kind of charged. Then, when the battery is completely depleted at 10V, it still shows 1-1/2 LEDs on. After plugging it back in to charge, it will already show 3 LEDs after just 5 minutes of being plugged in and 4 lights on after about 20 minutes. If I unplug the charger at that point, there are then only 3 LEDs lit up. The power switch is listed as an Input/Output Switch, but really just means OFF or ON. None of the ports have power on them when the switch is off. But because the same 12V port is used for both 12V output and for also charging the battery, I don't know what happens when you have it plugged into the included charger and then flip the switch to the ON position. Hopefully it handles that situation well, but I wasn't willing to test it out. No doubt it will happen accidentally at some point though. I think this power bank provides a reasonable value for the price. And as long as you take into account the actual capacity of this battery and don't expect more out of it, it performs pretty close to what it is rated at. Having the 9V and 5V USB-A ports on it in addition to the 12V port are a bonus as well. I do wish it came with a bag or case to keep the battery and included accessories together though.

Versatile battery
I like having 5v USB, 9v, and 12v output all from one battery. The charger does have the correct plug for the US despite the pictures showing an EU plug. My one real concern with this battery is the charging behavior. As soon as it’s plugged in the charge indicator lights sure a full charge and do not change as the battery recharges. The only indicator of the actual charge status is the red/green light on the charger. Not sure if this is a problem or a feature.

A life saver
This powebank works with Medela pump. 2 days after I got it we lost electricity for a day and this came in handy.

It came with a North American charger, unlike the one depicted in the picture. The power bank works really well. Seems to hold a lot of charge. It comes with a 5.5mm x 2.5mm plug and cable for the 12V DC outlet, and a 4.0mm x 1.7mm plug and cable for the 9V DC outlet. However, since one of our 9V devices uses a 5.5mm x 2.5mm plug, we also separately ordered a 5.5mm x 2.5mm female to 4.0mm x 1.7mm male adapter.

I use it to power my IGB ( Infinity game board 18.5") tablet it last about 2.5 to 3 hrs so for me it is good compare to the battery sold by the IGB mfg around 300.00

Good battery that is exactly as described. It does what it says and does it well. There's nothing misleading in the product page. The power meter is not very good, it was at three dots then all of a sudden it was completely discharged. The charging adapter did get quite warm during charging > 50 degrees Celsius. The USB port is always on as long as the switch is on, it can be nice for some devices with low current draw as a regular power bank may shut off its ports when the current is too low. It's a good product that could be much better. Here's my wish list for it: The ability to be a UPS for a 12v device. Since the 12v port is for both charge and discharge it can't be used as a backup battery for 12v devices, security camera etc. Include a 12v lighter adapter to be able to run 12v devices. Have alternate ways of charging, perhaps a lighter adapter to charge from vehicle or better yet have USB-C Power Delivery (PD) for both charge and discharge. Some other notes: The included cables are pretty short so if you are using it for a security camera I hope your camera cables are long! Even though the 12v port is not regulated, it still ran a 12v security camera OK. Also, I did open the unit and the batteries (four of them) were 3.2V and 6Ah so no false claims there. An honest product listing for an OK product.

Works as described, good capacity, solid built. I didn't noticed any RF noise from internal DC-DC. Also works in freezing temperatures, since it's lifepo4 chemistry - great for winter SOTA hikes with my ham radio. Only small drawback is that led indicator is not very accurate.

Less than a month of use and charging, only 3 of the 4 blue LED charge indicator are lit after charging. To me it means it lost 25% of battery life. I returned it and will buy a better, a bit more expensive, replacement.
