Not tried it for muscle toning or for fat burning. It does help with back pain.

does this tens machine work for period pain? Is the EMS function painful to use?

I have only used this for back pain and it works well. The functions can be run from Level 1 to level 25. I usually run it level 10 and it is neither painful nor too comfortable.
