No, our products do not contain preservatives. To stay true to the original recipe, we cold-fill our sauce—which eliminates any need for additives, preservatives, or flavorings.

All of our products are manufactured and produced in Northern California. We are a proud Bay area-owned company.

What is the shelf life of Bachan's?

The shelf life of Bachan’s is 18 months from the production date and should be refrigerated after opening. You can find the “Best By” date stamped near the bottom of the bottle.

Great, but Original is still my favorite. 👍

Got this to try the other flavors. To me MISO tastes similar to original but kicked up 100%.Can’t wait to try HOT &SPICY on some wings. The YUZU might be my least favorite, but I’m betting this would be amazing on the right thing… maybe fish? Will definitely experiment.We marinate chicken thighs in Original for a day or so then cook them on the George Foreman grill. Super moist and flavorful!Definitely a mainstay on my condiment shelf!

These are great!!!

I definitely recommend these sauces! My favorite is the Miso flavor on red meats. But I have also used it in sandwiches and still, never goes wrong with anything. If you want to try it, I say go for it! They are worth the money spent!

Good product, bad shipping

My family loves these sauces, but we were highly disappointed to receive one of the bottles open. It leaked through the box and on all of the others. Luckily we were able to salvage the rest of the bottles but this one will just have to thrown away. Who knows how long it was open.

These are such delicious sauces. We’ve used the original as a basis to make a spicer sauce in the past (it’s great on its own and great to add other flavors to). The spicy sauce is great , and is the low sodium. We haven’t tried the yudu yet.
