Well-made borosilicate bottles with GL45 lids. They arrived quickly and were very well packed - top 10% of things I've purchased regarding packaging. Although they were packed as if they were the most fragile product on Amazon (a compliment), these are some of the sturdiest bottles I've purchased. The glass is sufficiently thick to survive a small drop even. The design is good - a bottle is a bottle but the mouth is large enough to use a spatula to add a reactant or use most pipettes. The lid fits snugly and is waterproof and seemingly gas-resistant to a good degree. I'm using one to hold a liquid sensitive to the air and it doesn't seem like there's any degradation while stored out in the open. The price was great and I think I'll be buying more in the near future.

Haven't dropped them or anything, but they seem sturdy. Caps fit nicely. I uses them for short-term storage of boiling raw ginger tea and batch raw boiling coconut water from the coconuts. Not exactly like canning, but I put the cap on loose, let cool some, tighten and put in fridge. I dunk the bottles and caps in boiling water right before. So far have had success with cold storage of a few weeks.

First thoughts are that they are packaged extremely well. I wouldn't worry about these arriving broken. For the money at only $5 a piece I think they're a great deal. Only thing I'm concerned about is that they may develop a leak or the measurements may wear off. I will update if either of those things happen

These bottles are great but the lids aren’t the best. I had a couple melt in the autoclave, so I had to get some replacement lids. But the bottles themselves are fine. The little drip rings also melt, so beware.

anti drip rings on bottles cracked and broke during pressure sterilization. very cheap product. Don't waist your money on these.

I have worked in biotech labs for more than 20 years and these are basically identical to the media bottles we use. I haven't autoclaved these, so I can't say for sure how the caps hold up to heat. I'm using these to hold remineralized distilled water for coffee brewing. They arrived unbroken and the packaging appeared adequate. 5 stars!
