I LOVE this couch. I’m always a little wary of buying something pricier online without testing it first- especially since I know I’m too lazy to deal with returns. But I needed something slightly bigger than a loveseat for my basement, and with a quarter-turn staircase, my options were limited.After some research, I landed on the Valencia chaise sectional. The reviews stood out - they actually sounded like real people who mostly didn’t regret their purchase, which gave me some peace of mind. I also confirmed with their customer service that the couch would ship in two separate boxes, giving me confidence I should be able to fit it downstairs.Customer service was shockingly thorough and proactive - definitely not what I’m used to when ordering through Amazon. Delivery was via CEVA, and even with curbside service, they were nice enough to place the boxes in my garage.Getting the pieces downstairs was no small feat as it was meant to be a 2 person job (especially for an out-of-shape chick in her 30s doing it solo), but I managed with minimal paint damage to the stairs. Assembly was surprisingly easy, and once everything was set up, I was even more impressed. The seat cushions are firm, the back and arm cushions are softer, and the fabric feels luxe - plus, no weird chemical smells.I always joke that a house isn’t a home without a sectional and now that I finally have one in my new place, it does feel a little homier.It checked every box, and for once, I can say I made the right call for me with a bigger purchase.

The 3rd party delivery people were very pleasant and brought the sofa into the living room, unboxed, assembled, and cleaned up the packaging. It was a great experience.The sofa feels very high end and seems well built. It is solid and there isn't any squeaking or flexing of the frame. The leather cushions have a just right firmness and the couch is comfortable to sit on. The color is accurate to the listing photos and the smell of the leather is quite nice without being overpowering.My only nitpick would be that the leather is so soft and smooth that you may find your behind sliding if you have a tendency to slouch. I liked the couch and the leather so much that I ended up buying some home theater seating as well from the same company (Valencia) so I can lounge away on that! Highly recommend

This couch is beautiful, solid, and well made. Shipping arrived faster than was stated which is awesome. Also, the shipper agreed to give me a 30 min heads up before arriving so I could ensure I was there since the arrival time was a pretty big window of time. We love the couch and I would totally recommend it. It’s well built and very comfy!

There’s a reason people are writing beautifully written long love letters about this couch. I spent two weeks looking in every corner of the internet for this style couch and I am so happy this is the one I went with. This is possibly the best value for a couch available. Most of the other couches I had found were at least twice the price and not nearly as many glowing reviews as this one. From the moment I took it out the box and slight smell of genuine leather hit me I was in love. The leather is soft and beautiful. The cognac color is spot on and the pictures accurately represent it. The quality of wood used to build the couch is also leagues above anything you would find at IKEA or Ashley. While the seat are firm out of the box I’m sure with a few months of use they will relax a little and honestly I prefer that. Nothings worse than a saggy couch and I don’t think that’ll be anywhere in my future. This couch is human and dog approved. If you’ve come across this couch in your hunt do yourself a favor an and stop your search here. You found it. I’m in love.

Exceeded my expectations! Was skeptical but I am very happy with purchase. I gave it four stars because my husband had to adjust legs work some magic so that they would screw on. Sofa is a bit hard at first but I’m sure that with time it will be okay. I love the color and leather quality.

Great quality couch, comfortable side & back cushion with sturdy seat cushion. Installing the legs & attaching the chaise to the couch can be tricky alone, so it helps with a 2nd set of hands. Seller and company were great to work with. They explained delivery and provided clear instructions for before and after delivery. They assisted with assembly inquiries and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend.
