when u plug in the Qubii does it remove all the photos off your phone/iPad or can this be done manually

Qubii will not remove your photos automatically. You can do it manually or delete the backed up photos through Qubii APP. You can go Qubii app > settings > backup details > remove backed up item to trash album from your phone at once. Then, iPhone will keep the deleted photos for 30 days before deleted permanently.

Do you have to keep the app open during back up or will it run in the background

Please ensure that the app remains open throughout the backup process, as it will not run in the background mode.

Will this work with an 8th generation iPad?
