At home I have a set of Cutco knives, but needed some for our small vacation home. I bought these knives for that reason. Well, turns out, we love these knives more that the expensive knives we already have. We thought that maybe they are so sharp and impressive because they were new. Turns out they have kept their sharpness for almost a year! We have not had to sharpen any of them yet. It's nice that the sharpener is built in as well. We have had no issues with these knives at all. I have them in my cart to order a second set and am going to sell my Cutco knives.
