Now i have 3 sets rady.

I bought these to go with my 15kg weights. The minimum on the 15kg set is 7.5kg. But with these handles I can use the spare weights (1.25 and 2.5) and make a set of 3kg, 5.5kg or 8kg. The handles are about 0.5kg each. So I now have a pair of 7.5kg and a pair of 3kg. But can go up to a pair of 10kg and a pair of 5.5kg with the spare weights. If I want my main set to go over 10kg, I will just buy some more weights for these handles or get another set. For under £20 they are well worth it.

Ideal addition so you can separate your dumbells and make up two smaller sets and even add more if you buy the extra plates. Also good as a replacement for the original foam grips if they ever wear out. Well made and great quality.There are male and female types so make sure you select the correct ones for what you need. Others have left negative reviews but they clearly purchased the wrong type ...Doh! For £19 each they are very cheap so both sets would give you even more options.
