This is an awesome product! I researched quite a bit to determine which system was the best for my needs. I wanted a wireless, 1080p, 4 camera system with internal hard drive. There were quite a number of choices but they all seemed similar. My take is there may be several makers of these products but numerous brand names they are sold under. Think this one may be similar to SMONET. In the end I decided on the lowest price system...this was it. I made the right choice.The pictures are very clear. I have the cameras mounted under eaves and balconies for added protection from the elements (though cameras are sturdy and well made and weather proof). They have been working perfectly. I live in a 3 story townhouse. NVR is on the second floor attached to a cable modem. I have a camera mounted outside above the basement door. The signal has to go up a floor and across...about 40ft and through 2 walls. I attached the extender antenna and that seemed to work great...perfect picture. Another camera is on the second floor about 50ft from the NVR through one wall. Again works great with an extender antenna. The 3rd camera is above the front door about 30ft away and the 4th camera is inside. All send great pictures. Never loses signal. Even the night pictures are very clear though it will be black and white. If you have a motion detector flood light, and they come on at night, that will be enough light to provide color pictures. I have a 500 lumen LED flood light that comes on when motion is detected.Only wiring you need is extension cords to get to a power plug if your cameras are far away from one. Plug that is included is about 10ft for each camera. I needed extension cords for 3 of the 4 cameras.The NVR is fantastic! Very quiet. Comes with 2TB HDD. I didn't find any other brands that offer this much for the price. Not sure how much it will record but I have gone 14 days with continuous recording from 4 cameras and have not run out of disk space. Think it just records over the oldest recording once the HDD is full.I use IP Pro app on my IPhone for mobile monitoring. I also have the NVR attached to HDMI input to a TV. Pictures are awesome on both! I have gone on multiple trips 100's of miles away and I can still monitor my home on my IPhone. Very convenient.One note - the NVR comes from factory set at a resolution other than 1080P. Some TVs will not show the picture unless you change the resolution. You may need to attach it to a computer monitor. Once you change the resolution, the picture will show on any 1080P TV.Here's the best part - the customer service is phenomenal! You actually get to speak with a live person. Yeah yeah there's a bit of a language barrier but you won't be disappointed in the service. There may be a bit of a time difference but the person on the other end goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Glad I took the risk to buy an untested/unknown system (for now but time will tell durability of this system). I would definitely buy this system again. Easy to set up cameras, but when I attempted to set my password, there was already a password so I can't program the system. I have called tech support who told me they couldn't help because the system was sold by a 3rd party!!

Great picture, great quality and great price. I give 4.5 starts because I think it would be much better if at least 1 of the camera's came with a microphone.

I ordered and installed these 8 cameras. 1 month later the video stopped working and it’s a brick. I’ve been communicating with the seller for over 3 months and they haven’t responded in a month. I do not recommend this simply based on the total lack of customer service. I essentially bought a $400 paperweight. Steer clear.

It was easy to set up, high quality camera and excellent features. It has everything I am looking for a security system. The 11 inch monitor is very clear and easy to navigate. The system is user friendly and does not need a professional installer. The cameras sends quality videos to the monitor day and night with reel time, no time delay. Highly recommended!

The monitor I received was making a crackling noise. I reached out to the company which was slow in response to resolve the issue. They were supposed to send a replacement monitor which two months later I have not received. The sound quality on the app. is distorted and the consistency in quality of the cameras are fuzzy at times. Would not recommend purchasing from this company or the overall product.
