I wrote a review that was nothing but positive and I didn’t use any bad words, but it was removed for some reason I have no idea.OK, this is a great pillow. It’s stabilizes and support my neck bones, and keeps my head in one place. It does certainly contribute to a good night of stable sleep for me. Now full disclosure, I don’t really get a cooling sensation from it or nor does it reduce the temperature for me however, I spoke to customer service about it who were super cool that meant a lot to me. I can see how some people would think the adjustability would be needed however, for me, I don’t need adjustability. It’s perfect the way it is. If I do need it, then I know I can unzip it and check it out. They suggested I try another type of pillowcase and I did, I put 100% bamboo viscose pillowcase on it and it has transformed my comfort because I am usually in a ton of pain when I get up and it’s not a magic pill mind you, it will not remove my neck pain and heal my shoulder, but it has really made a difference very quickly and I am thrilled. I mean when I first saw this pillow, I thought it was weird but I asked some questions and I just researched and thanks to you. All who provided answers for me I appreciate it and thank you to customer service for being so kind.Cheers

This pillow looks sooooo weird, but it had changed my life! I really didn't think I'd get used to it so quickly but I definitely notice a difference! I have extreme carpal tunnel and arthritis and it was always really uncomfortable to side sleep bc everything would go numb and hurt. This pillow design is so weird but it really does support all the right places! I also LOVE that you can remove the insert to make it a little lower because I think I have a small neck or something but once that insert came out, wow! Perfection! It's smaller than a regular pillow but the way it cradles your head and neck is exactly what I needed so I don't even notice the smaller size when I'm sleeping. Anyway, would definitely recommend!

I've tried a ton of pillows and for me I could use one pillow and it works great for a Time that's the reason I have multiple pillows but this pillow here is pretty nice especially if you wear a CPAP because it has a tendency to keep you on your back although you can't turn sideways and your mask will stay on it's a little bit soft but if you flip the pillow around and if you want a little bit more support around your neck a taller support then this pillow works both ways it has a taller side and a lower side it's soft not too hard so you've had things in I think you'll enjoy it I weigh 230 lb and I have to sleep with the CPAP

I think this pillow is great for side-sleepers as well as back-sleepers (assuming you follow the instructions and wash the pillowcase, as it does carry a factory smell to it) but it isn't the best for stomach sleepers, in my opinion-- I feel like I have to jut my chin out into the dip, or crank my neck at an angle to prop it up on the sloping edge. I don't regret buying one for myself and my boyfriend-- at the very least, they're a great prop to throw another pillow on top of and lean backwards against while we read to go to sleep together at night.When sleeping on my side, my shoulder fits perfectly under the pillows contours. I never sleep on my back, but my boyfriend does, and he snores less when he sleeps with this pillow (probably because it's supporting his neck and head more than a traditional pillow would).

I am very pleased with this purchase. I let my dad try it and he is ordering one and I will be getting one for my husband as well. I was waking in the night with neck and shoulder pain but once I started using the pillow that has stopped. (SMELL) I was a little concerned after reading reviews about the pillow smelling bad. When mine arrived it did have a smell but I left it uncovered for several hours until bed. I put a fresh pillowcase on and didn’t notice a smell. I had no issue with sleeping on it and I am quite sensitive to smells and can end up with headaches. So I would definitely recommend this pillow if you’re having neck/shoulder pain and just let the pillow have time to air out before use.

Maybe I just don't get it?Ive been using it for 2 weeksIt's comfortable enough. Really good for watching tv on your back but for sleeping...I feel like it's about 2 sizes 2 small. The design is kinda brilliant otherwise but if you look at the diagram there's a persons head in the center and they put their hands on the side like they're supposed to be (for stomach sleepers) but unless you're an infant, I challenge you to try and hold this position comfortably. My neck is sort of in an uncomfortable position and even if i overcome that, my nose is smushed into the pillow making it harder to breathe and thus tougher to sleepI use it how i use it and it's ok but not $40 ok. For that price you're probably better off going with a quality traditional pillow

I alternate between my bed and my recliner throughout the night. In my bed I am a side sleeper. In my recliner, clearly a back sleeper. When sleeping in my bed, I always had a hard time finding the right support for my neck and the right position for my arms. No matter how many ways I arranged my (extra) pillows, my arms would fall asleep and I would wake up with shoulder and back pain.I have been using this pillow for only four nights, and from the first night felt a big difference. The quality of my sleep is much better and my body doesn’t hurt. It is firm enough and very supportive while still being comfortable.I let it air out the day I got it and didn’t notice any off gassing odors. I am very sensitive to smell. I used it that evening and it was fine.The cover is removable and washable. The height is good for me as is, and I like the idea that it can be adjusted if necessary depending upon where I am using it.Sweet dreams!
