Great little kit works well if only I had the enthusiasm to use it

This item is likely ideal for someone looking to do some light exercise at home without spending a whole lot of money. No set-up required and incredibly easy to use, you can do multiple exercises with this item, though it is most certainly targetted towards beginners. The pedals are nice and thick, giving it a solid grounding when you place your feet on it, and the handle is well-sized & comfortable. My only concern is possible durability. The rubber tubes stretch well, though seem like they may not last for long, especially if you use this item regularly. Nevertheless, for the price, this is a decent low-impact exercise tool that would be great for beginners looking to add some easy exercise into their daily routine.

Really good hasnt broken yet lol, feels good when you use it, good value for money, resistance level is about a 7/10 i havent gone completely overboard yet lol, easy to use

This product is not fit for purpose, it lasted 4 days and 2 elastic strands snapped and one of the foot stirrups fell apart

This is amazing for such a small piece of kit, I take it on holiday as lightweight for suitcases

Mon scepticisme était grand avant de commencer à m'y exercer. Bon, au début, pas vraiment l'impression de faire un effort mais au bout d'une heure l'endorphine est là. Après, peut-être que je ne les utilise pas au maximum de leur capacité. J'ai quand même peur de les casser. Vraiment, belle découverte. N'hésitez pas, leur efficacité est parait-il prouvée. Validé par un osteopathe. Le fait qu'il soit aisé à tracter ne nuit nullement à son efficacité. Excellent pour les étirements et travail musculaire.
