Really great experience.
Really a powerful machine. The amazon delivery was also really great.Before this I bought some other laptop. And within 4 days that machine stopped working. Amazon quickly returned it and gave me money within 4 days. I'll have to talk with the support team for that. Order this laptop. Arrived the next day. And was new. I got this on 3rd December 2023 and the laptop was packed on 24 November 2023.The all over experience with amazon was good. As it is just second day of the laptop. I cannot tell in detail. Will update after using it for a month.

TERRIBLE
This laptop is a great model, if it doesn't arrive faulty. This was supposed to be brand new laptop but my AlienFX which makes the alien light up does not work. This was super sad because of how expensive it is and the seller offered no support at all. They claimed that their was nothing wrong with it and sent it back to me. However, I have spoke to dell, looked on YouTube for solutions and nothing works so it definitely isn't me. I don't recommend buying a laptop off of amazon I have seen a few other people have similar issues from different sellers, I wish I had known this before I bought it. Hopefully this review will stop people making the same mistakes as myself.
