Could be a plascebo effect or the natural concoction of the three helping me see pretty good gains but I’ve dropped about 30 pounds and have seeen some pretty significant gains when lifting. I started my lift regimen when cycling these and my bench went from 135-270 in a matter of 2 months training three days a week.Just take it, your body will thank you later. I did supplement this to running 3 days a week and lifting 3 days a week so the combination of the 3 really is showing good results.

I got these for my husband they seemed to help with his energy levels. He didn't like the after taste when taking them though. This one has an odd flavor and can be rough on the stomach when first taking them.

I take this for the extra energy boost in the morning since I’m on medications that mess things up for me. Works good and helps me get through the day. I used the powder before which worked better but the taste was not enjoyable. Recommend the pill!

I take Maca root supplement mainly for my energy and since trying out this brand, I really do get the results I'm looking for. These pills are easy to swallow and has no flavor to them. They work quickly but they do not give you much energy to the point you're jumping off the walls if you get what I'm saying lol just enough to feel normal if you're low on energy. You also do not crash after taking them, they are a healthy supplement that works with your body. Maca root is good for many, many things, however, I can only speak on what I use it for which is energy.

1 cap, 60 servings at a great price. I really don't know if it's working for me yet but it's worth giving it a shot. I've changed a lot of my workout routines because I was overtraining for an old man. I'm starting to sleep better and feel better. Taking this product certainly hasn't hurt so I'm going to continue and maybe it'll help if nothing else. For the price I can say it's worth trying.

I was having bad discomfort in my body coming to find out that most of the pills are in complete solid forms.Whatever is happening it's not powder anymore.It's f****** ridiculous it's being sold.
