After having new doors & architraves fitted, my carpenter had to remove my Virgin Internet wire from around 2 doors in my hallway. Obviously having the wiring there for over 20 years it had about 5 coats of paint all over it! I didn't want to put it back looking so awful so bought a new 20m Single Coax RG6 Cable Extension For Virgin media wires. It did come with f connectors on either end so I just cut the wire about 2 feet from my front door & attached one of the screw on connectors that & then added the extension connector. I then attached the new 20m wire to my old 2 foot wire & extension connector & used cable clips to attach the new length round the skirting & 2 doors & then straight into my Virgin Hub 3 router. It worked perfectly with no loss of signal & £5 for this set of connectors was so much cheaper than the £65 Virgin wanted to charge me to replace & refit the wire! Do not hesitate to buy for removing/extending you Virgin Internet and/or TV cable as it works perfectly.

Needed to make my internal satellite cable longer without laying a new cable down. Works well and as expected. I have used this internally so can't comment on external performance.. Signal dropped by 5% but still achieved all satellite channels. Would purchase again

Good product did find the thread to be a little tight and hard to start

Seemed to be the only product of it's kind available on Amazon at the time of buying, so credit to electrosmart for having it up there. This was probably more my fault than the product's, but I had trouble screwing one of the connectors on, so I tried using a wrench to tighten it, and the whole threaded part bent very easily. Was able to more or less bend it back into shape but don't make the same mistake I did.
