I have flat feet 🦶🏼 new job required standing walking I use em along arch support shoes maximum effect on my feet n minimal pain

So far so good. The only thing I don't like is the arch support is a little higher. Haven't come home with a sore foot

I wore them for weeks to see if they were only uncomfortable because I needed to break them in, I was wrong. Even after 2 weeks they still hurt my feet, very uncomfortable.

How comfortable.

This insert is a bit more bulky than some other (slightly more expensive popular inserts), making them a little uncomfortable to fit inside a woman’s shoe. The arch also is almost too pointed and hits in the wrong place. It’s the tiniest bit too close to the heel, but makes a rigid arch support painful instead of supportive. Unfortunately you can’t tell these things without trying them, so now I’m out the money and can’t wear them! Do not recommend.

They are soft and supportive, relieving my feet pain like a breeze. Having the ergonomic design, with the right curve for arch support, they match the natural curve of our feet very well, and hence absorbing shock well and providing the best support. Made of high quality material, they are breathable and durable. They are cushiony and super comfortable to wear.

I bought the small because I'm a solid size 7 women's shoe, but if I put the arch where it needed to be, then the heel part stopped short of covering the back of my heel. I don't know if my foot is just built funny, but I'm going to order a size up because the arch part really felt nice on my feet.

These are thin but soft, and comfortable to wear. There are multiple layers of material of different densities to create a good balance, and the arch support cradles my foot perfectly. They fit in my sneakers seamlessly. I'm a 7.5 US and the XS fit perfectly.
