Doesn't work with thicker phone cases.
Had to return this. Any case on your phone that creates a bit of thickness to it (i.e. shock-proof or those with a credit card slot on back) will prevent it from fitting into this unit.

Doesnt fit iPhone plus with a case on it.
Won't fit the iPhone 7 or 6 plus with a case. And it scuffs my dashboard and moves around too much and falls when I try to put my phone in it. Not good quality.
