Needed a shade for window on west side of house; have a window AC in that window. Lot of heat unto unit and window. Have reflective insulation on inside. This shade on out side. Made a big difference.Not enough grommets and not all were in put on cloth in same direction.Not sure it blocks as much as described but it does what was needed.

The first 1 I bought was more like 4x10. Which worked fine the 2nd was the correct size.

This provide shade to my hydrangeas which we’re getting direct sun n leaves were being burnt. So I put up this sun shade up against my fence over my plants n now I see new leaves sprouting up. I removed all burnt leaves. This works perfect!

These are well made

The eyes holding the tarp in place pulled away as soon as the first wind dusted up. I had to end up attaching that side with a 1 x 4 to hold it in place and use bungee cords to give slack in the other sides as the wind blows. Not ideal for what I needed but it is all I could do other than returning. Asking for a replacement would have just brought the same problem. It just isn’t sturdy enough for wind.

We have solar panels, and the inverter box kept going out because of the sun directly hitting it. The repair man told us to put up some shade so the suns not right on it and this worked perfectly. We live in Las Vegas and it gets very hot in the summer, this is the problem.

I would like grommets every 18" instead of 36". Shade cloth came exactly as described, it's sturdy and made a huge difference in lowering the heat gain on my patio. As expected it is obscure in daylight but at night the neighbor's lights allow for more transparency. Good value.
