Sharpness on point

I always do the slicing paper test with knifes and this cut through like butter! It’s fantastic for cutting meat, every tender meat! It’s quality is superb and even though I’m not a chef. I have mobility issues with my hands and this has just made cooking and cutting so much easier. Still as sharp as the day I got it and the handle is very sturdy and easy to grip even with joint issues.

This knife comes in a nicely presented box that has a magnetic closure, and once opened the knife blade is tucked under the soft velvety padding. The blade is well made and has a really nice black hammered effect along the top and a beautiful rosewood handle that has an ebony bolster, it will make a great addition to any kitchen. The knife is made up of soft and medium steel with a tougher steel core for a sharper blade. The blade has no protection for while it isn't being used, and if like me you don't have the magnetic strips on the wall, it will be in a drawer that will have childproof locks on. We have used this quite a lot since it arrived, and I'm always amazed at how easily it can cut things up, it is always hand washed and dried straight away too. At £49.99 ( with a 20% off voucher) at the time of writing this review, I think it is a great knife for any kitchen, and would recommend it.

Compre el cuchillo de 17,8cm y estoy encantado. Lo primero, viene en un estuche con cierre, muy bien protegido, que ya da la imagen de un producto de calidad. El mango es ergonómico, muy fácil de coger y suave al tacto. La hoja esta afiladísima, y después de usarlo bastante durante una semana, sigue exactamente igual de afilado. Puede resultar un regalo de mucha categoría. Este cuchillo no debe faltar en ninguna cocina. Calidad/precio, espectacular.

Corta muy muy bien, incluso el jamón.
