I’ve been extremely impressed with the KCross Bench Press Band. It’s very easy to use and sets up quickly, with clear positioning that feels natural and secure during lifts. Once it’s on, everything stays exactly where it should—no slipping or constant readjusting. The double resistance design really stands out. It provides smooth, consistent tension throughout the movement and has helped me noticeably increase my pressing strength over a short period of time. You can feel the resistance working both at the bottom and top of the press, which makes each rep more effective. The biggest benefit for me has been shoulder and rotator cuff relief. Buy this, just as good as the name brand
This thing is great and much cheaper than the "name brand" competitor. I use it all the time and it will definitely help you increase the amount of weight you can press. I'm not sold 100% on it being that useful for gaining muscle, I mean if this assists you in lifting more weight, is that better than lifting less weight without it? There is definitely some assistance gained by this, some weights that I can get maybe 1-2 times, when I use this I'm lifting it 6-8 times. I do like it, it helps keep your elbows in while lifting, but it's not overly restrictive.

As described, it’s designed to give 10–20% more push assistance (page 3, "Elbow Stabilizer" section), and that feels accurate based on how easily I could knock out extra reps. 🧵 Durable Build, Nice Stitching The reinforced stitching (shown on page 2) gives it a professional look, and it didn’t feel like it would snap or fray even when stretched tightly under load. Buy it
Good value for money. It works great; makes you bench 2 to 5 more reps than normal on flat bench. A bit of cheat code on the bottom of the lift. I will rotate between using this and using nothing, so my bottom strength remains true. It is nice to use and feels good.

This Kcross bench press band works
The product works. I have a bad shoulder snd could bot do push ups. This product took the pressure off my shoulder and allowed me to do push ups again. So thankful and grateful.

Not for bigger/tall guys
First off, the sleeves fit pretty good on my arms. Being that my arms are 23in. The issue I have with the sling, the length being too short. I'm pretty wide so I can't get my arms back as I would with another red sling shot that's in the picture I purchase from Amazon. The problem I have with the red one is the sleeves aren't big enough for my arms. If the KCROSS band was longer, it would be perfect. Fyi I'm 6'7 300lbs with a 38 waist with an athletic frame.

Gets the job done!
Works great! Like having a strong friend spot and keep your form tight. Yes you’ll hear the stitches stretching on the first couple uses, but it does help you get a few more reps without shoulder or elbow pain.
