Cold like a polar bear
Took THE plunge! Wow. So cold. So darn cold.I thought I was totally crazy for listening to my buddy. The only thing I wanted was O-U-T.Then, it happened, I noticed (or didn’t notice) the pain. None in my back, hands, feet, knees. I sunk down until water sloshed on the floor as I submerged up to my neck. I became “less” concerned with the water and ice and more conscious of pain leaving my body.Next thing I knew the timer went off. I climbed out of my very first ice bath and grabbed a towel. Now, eight (8!) hours later and I am still pain free.I have no idea how it works or why it works all I know is it’s the best relief I have ever experienced and it was less than $100! I have literally spent thousands on pills, creams, drinks, rubs, supplements, braces, exercise equipment and more and almost didn’t try this. I am very glad I did. I hope it will continue to help me for the rest of my life. I hope it can help you too.Heck, if all else fails it makes a great beginning to a kegerator (or so I heard, from a friend).

Very convenient for ice plunges
I have had this tub for more than a month now and it has been great. Since the temperature has consistently been in the 30 and 40 F., it has kept the water in the 50's. After reading up on the benefits of cold plunges, that temperature seems perfect. It is enough to get me shivering. I do 3 minutes about 4 to 5 times a week. I empty it once a week. The valve at the bottom and the extended pipe makes it very convenient to empty. It takes about 12 minutes to fill it up. The cover is great at keeping leaves out. Would suggest having a towel or something to clean your feet to keep stuff out of the tub. Also, plan the drain spout in the place you want the water to drain. You will not be able to move it once it fills with water. I highly recommend it over the more expensive tubs. This NAICID tub has great material that seems like it will last. Great buy.

Caution if you’re older than you think you are
Bought this for my husband because his favorite poscast making, announcing you’ve got to eat a cockroach idol takes ice baths (If you know you know) He sold me because it “helps you lose weight”. Gosh. Fine. Ok. Nothing says excitement like sitting in a GD cup of ice water. We live in Florida. It’s a BIG difference in temperature. I hate it. I really do. Solid no. Lost my breath like I was having a panic attack. My husband loves it. He tore his Achilles at work. Helps a lot. Gives him a boost of energy, awesome! He decided to use it in the morning and pulled his neck muscles tensing up so hard. That’s been a buzz kill since we had to go on a cruise to Mexico the next fing week. BUT it does the job. Stays cold, easy to clean. Just maybe don’t be a dummy when you’re using it at 6 am. Maybe. Worst case it’ll double as a large beer cooler. You’re welcome.

It works, HOWEVER...
so this product works as it should, with no leaks and it's wide enough for me. So here are the things that I will point out. I am 5'5 and when I sit in it, I'm comfortable so if you are bigger it might get cramped. The next thing is the ice, if you are going to use this every day, that means getting ice the day before and storing it somewhere. Unless you have an ice machine, one that produces enough ice to make the water cold enough. I think it's a great idea and it obviously works, but unless you are prepared and ready to have ice ready every day it might not be worth it. I'm keeping it since I do go out into town every day and will probably grab ice, I have a 50-gallon ice chest to put it into. I use it outdoors, so I have to put the ice in about 10 minutes before I use it, the ice melts rapidly with the current temps and humidity. On the weekends I will probably use the water for our garden, I purchased a 20ft hose to allow me to reach our plants.

Cheap build quality.
Winter is here and put unit to test for ice bath after sitting in sauna. Filled just above half full on level flat pressure treated plywood base. Before even getting in the plastic tub was leaning to one direction. Upon inspection 3 kegs were bending with kink. So need less to say this is to cheap. I saw some reviews which made it look promising. But mine didn't look 100% exactly as their photos like maybe a cheaper model was substituted. So for me the unit was failure glad some got a decent unit. Maybe need a stronger reinforced support pole and 2 rings that keep the poles from going out of tru.

Not for extended use
I decided to set this up on my screen porch thinking it would be protected enough from the elements that I could leave it filled and not have to worry so much about water quality. At 120 gallons, it’s just too much effort and money to fill it up regularly for use if you don’t have a semi-industrial ice maker lying around. Would be fine for occasional use, but is very difficult to clean and store. It definitely cannot be left filled for any extended period of time.

Great cold plunge, super easy to setup
I wanted to take my cold therapy to the next level as cold showers just were not cold enough anymore. Looking at chest freezers and tanks with chillers were very expensive and still took a lot of work to modify. This cold tub was the perfect solution. It is far more economical then other options and was super easy to setup in under two minutes. Once you get the top ring blown up and water in it the unit is very sturdy. Just be aware not to fill it up too high as once you get in the water level will rise higher. I’m 6’2” and can sit in the tank with my legs crossed. This is a great minimal investment if you want to try out cold therapy. I’m really happy with the quality of the tub
