I was not sure what to expect on these given some of the poor reviews. The reports of needing to drill holes that were not present kind of worried me. The price point hit where I wanted to be, as these were not going to be meeting room show pieces, rather just using them as desks in my office to replace an OLD, really cheap desk I have had for over 20 years. I bought 2 of them to replace this old L-shaped deskThe shipment came without issue, other than the boxes are large and decently heavy. I am a pretty big guy so could carry them around if I was careful, but I would highly recommend planning for 2 people so you don't hurt yourself.The assembly process went very well. The instruction have no real wording on the, just the typical Ikea-style pictures. That said, if you really look at them, and more importantly look closely at the orientation of each piece in the drawing, they were easy to follow. I got going too fast and had one piece flipped around, so had to fix that, otherwise I, too, would have had to have drilled a new hole.... I did the assembly alone, and took approximately 35 minutes. All the pieces fit perfect, and the table feels reasonably sturdy. I wouldn't climb on it and jump up and down, but it seems like a decent table that is fit for my purpose as a desk holding (2) 43" monitors.. This is especially true given the price point.IMHO, theses table are punching well above their price point. Honestly, this was probably one of the first purchases of a lower-cost China manufactured item that I wasn't shaking my head on somewhere in the process due to my perception of the lack of quality. Again, NOT a showpiece, NOT real wood, but a good, low-cost option if that is what you are looking for.

At the price, this is an easy 5 stars. It took an hour and a half to completely assemble - easily done by one person - and the result is an attractive, very solid desk which looks three times the price. If it had cost $500, I'd have given it 4.5 stars and at $800, probably 3.5. Why? Well, the top is engineered wood and is in 3 pieces. On the other hand, the makers have made a virtue of the 3 piece top by contrasting the grain of the center and the 2 sides. The result is very attractive. And you don't have to worry about ring marks, scratches and so on. I really couldn't be happier.

This desk is great for the price point. Relatively easy to assemble even though directions are mostly photos. Agree on other comments the top must be hollow but it also makes it pretty light weight and easy to move once assembled. I have three extremely heavy monitors on top and it holds weight well with plenty of space for writing, Knick knacks, my coffee cup, snack plate, etc. only had a few weeks- we shall see how the top holds up to abuse but extremely pleased with my work space each day since assembly!!!

This desk is awesome! It is hugeeee! Set up was easy it took me about an hour and a half to assemble and I moved it alone. If you’re looking for something inexpensive and appealing this is it! It’s perfect for what I needed,

Desk is the perfect height, and well made. Great value and looks perfect in my husband's office! Easy to put together as well.

There's nothing to complain about here. Really nice heavy-duty quality desk. It can also work nicely as a table. If you are looking for a large, stable work-environment, this is it. It shipped quickly, was easy to assemble for one person, and is extremely high quality I couldn't be happier.Be aware that the table-top assembles in three pieces. The center piece is about three feet across, and each side is about 18 inches. So there are two seams that run the length of the tabletop. They aren't a bother and they line up with no lip. But there is a seam in case this is important to you.It's a great purchase. highly recommended.
