Amazon used to let sellers buy positive feedback, and I think that was done here. The toothbrush doesn't clean teeth or whitten them.

After using this for a month I went for my 6 month dental cleaning and my hygienist and dentist were both shocked. I got the best result from my check up I’ve had in years!

The U-brush has great possibilities, especially for individuals who won’t or can’t use a conventional toothbrush.That said, the batteries in the Vivitar unit hold very little charge, there is no indicator of remaining battery life and the motor is too weak to vibrates the brush sufficiently to do an adequate job of cleaning teeth.I bought similar brushes/vibrators from two manufacturers (Chinese). One was totally inadequate while this one from Vivitar would do the job with a stronger motor and better battery.

I have a smaller mouth and this barely fits, but it dies. However, the bristles are so far apart that it doesn't do both sides of my teeth at once, I kind of have to do the front for 30 and then pull it forward get the backs. I have heard the nylon bristles work better than the silicone, so I'll try those next time I get a replacement head.
