THIS IS ONE OF (If not) THE BEST CD PLAYER ON THE MARKET!
I have this portable CD Players:Sony D-EJ360 PSYC (2002), ONN CD Player (2020), HOTT CD611T (2021) and KLIM Nomad (2022).This is the BEST unit so far. The sound quality with the other additions, make this the best unit I owned so far.Compared with the KLIM Nomad, this one is very close in quality terms.THESE ARE THE NEW ADDITIONS:- It has different EQ profiles than the Nomad that provide greater versatility with different headphones or speakers.- The Bluetooth sound quality is MUCH better than the Nomad. I repeat; exceptionally BETTER! The audio fidelity Is very close to the headphone output signal or the bluetooth signal of my iPhone 13.THIS CD PLAYER ALSO PROVIDES THESE GREAT TOOLS FOR MUSICIANS OR ENTHUSIAST:- It lets you loop a passage from the track (A to B), that will repeat indefinitely.- It lets you decrease the tempo and pitch of the song, so you can transcript any part you want, sing it in another Key, or just enjoy a slower version of the song. And the fidelity is very good.- It lets you record to the micro-SD cart anything that you play from the CD (or the FM radio), with good quality! (MP3, 160 kbs). You can also buy another FM transmitter, so you can connect anything to it, to record it.MORE PROS:- Some radio stations offers texts info from the songs that are playing!- You can find replacement parts online, so you can fix the unit in the years to come ( battery and the Laser drive ). The parts have serial numbers that let you identify them.CONS:- Compared to the KLIM Nomad, the headphone gain is slightly lower (This doesn't apply to the FM output or Bluetooth signal, which has more gain.- The FM transmitter ONLY lets you transmit to five assigned stations. This is a drag, since the transmitter has problems if there's stronger signals from other FM stations in your area. In my area, all of them are taken by others, strong signals.Feedback to KLIMIn my opinion, this is the best CD player I ever bought. Is closer to perfection! But in order to create the perfect unit, just raise a little bit the gain on the headphone output, and let the user select the FM Stations that he wants to transmit the signal. Also, having access to the AM radio will not hurt either!

Good for the money
"You get what you pay for" applies to this unit in relation to other, cheaper CD players. For the money you get wired KLIM earbuds with five pairs of different size/shapes silicone tips, a zippered carrying case with belt loop, an aux cable and an envelope of product decals in various languages for some reason. The rechargeable battery is nice and I have played through two CDs with no sign of discharge yet after using my tablet charger. I was looking for something to play in my car and you have three options: aux cable, FM transmitter or Bluetooth. Neither of my cars has an aux port, and the FM transmitter requires choosing from five preset frequencies - two of which are below the lowest frequency on my radio (?) and the others are occupied by local stations that overpower the CD's transmitter. Therefore I'll be using Bluetooth. There is a slot for an SD card and a built-in FM radio requiring at least one pair of earbuds to be plugged in (there are two headphone jacks) to act as an antenna. The sound quality is good and you can choose from seven preset EQ settings. There is a function for adjusting the playback speed if you're into that. A "hold" button locks in your settings to prevent accidental button-pushing once you have everything where you want it. Now for the surprise - since I like to listen with earbuds in bed at night, I was startled to discover the intensity of the LCD control panel in a dark room. You can land a plane with this thing. I like the ability to see the controls (all buttons on top are backlit) but the small main screen is like a searchlight. It goes off after about 30 seconds but to avoid disturbing my wife I'll be using a small cloth to drape over the top until then. A road test using Bluetooth was successful in my '23 KIA Sportage and my '20 Honda Insight. Overall the best of the portable CD players for the money in my opinion, given that I won't be using half of the available options.

Worked great... till it didn't
It would have been a lower review but their customer service was so great that I bumped it up a star. I bought one and it was great, I was so happy with the unit, then it simply stopped working after barely a month. They replaced it, at great trouble as I was in Europe, and then next one broke as well. It just stopped working. I may have just been unlucky (although most things never break for me) and if the units had lasted then I would have highly endorsed them as they worked and sounded well–when working. A good portable size, easy to charge and a decent CD player, unless you get lemons like I did.

Outstanding, actually connects via Bluetooth to my 2023 Ford Escape!
I just bought my second one! This is the only CD player to connect via Bluetooth to my new 2023 Ford Escape! I recently got a good deal on a 2023 Ford Plug In Hybrid Escape but was disappointed there's no mini jack input for a iPod or CD player. KLIM to the rescue as their the only manufacturer who's CD player will connect and play on my car! Other players fail to function only working with Bluetooth headphones. Even Bluetooth transmitters won't connect to the Ford. Yes the other option is a FM transmitter but your bound to pick up interference once in awhile. I do wish the battery would last longer but still this thing sounds great. The only thing that would make this perfect would be to have a auxiliary input so I could transmit my iPod's signal to Bluetooth. Maybe on the next model, till then this is the best player on Amazon!

Works only intermittently after a few weeks. I couldn't listen to the end of the discc.
Worked well for 2 weeks and then started skipping intermittently. It got to the point where it wouldn't play much and had long skips about 5 minutes and then finally wouldn't play the last 1/3 of the disc. I cleaned the disc and it didn't make any difference.
