Upon my initial frustrated review of receiving a stained bag, customer service was quick to respond and were very respectful throughout the whole exchange. I was not expecting any one to reach out and really listen to my issue and provide possible solutions. I ended up getting a refund and will happily re-order this bag because it is PERFECT for my everyday needs.The bag:When looking for a backpack as a young professional, I did not want a "turtle" backpack. I wanted something practical, sleek, and durable. I am able to fit my laptop, charger, two journals, two pen cases, phone charger, umbrella, and two water bottles (one on each side). With all of that, there is no turtle hump and the straps feel secure and durable. I have not worn this outside or to work due to the stain but will provide another update once I receive my new bag.

I love it! It is the perfect size, not too big but big enough to carry all my needs.

Beautiful backpack. I was silly and ordered the smaller size. The water bottle pockets are so tiny, cannot fit my water bottle but could fit a typical plastic bottle. Rip resistant and durable. Adjustable straps. I would encourage you to get the bigger size if you want to fit most stuff in these besides just a laptop.

Great quality, great value! Love this bag better than the LuLu Lemon that I bought a couple years ago that is VERY similar. This bag has more room and smart comportments. The quality of this bag seems better than LuLu!

I've been using it for about a month and I love it!It has many compartments so my stuff is well organized. It's large enough to fit my 14" laptop and carry everything I need for work, yet small enough that I can take it for an afternoon out with the kids or on errands without feeling like I'm lugging a huge backpack.

I had previously been using a pink, leather briefcase to carry my laptop to work every day.
