I needed a new pastry blender, as I’ve had my old one for more than 20 years. This one by Tala is really good as it’s all stainless steel, very sturdy, and comfortable to use. I’m delighted with this product.

Made some pastry the day after l received it. I usually use a food processor. This gadget, made light work of breaking the butter into the flour. Pastry was lovely. Slight problem with the handle it was a bit loose. Got my Phillips screw driver on it problem solved. Easier to wash than the processor as well. My new pastry friend.

Works well. exactly what we needed. Scrap your masher and use this instead, it's far easier and takes 1/3 of the time, PLUS you can use it for pastry and for all other quick blending requirements. Where the ends of the metal meet the handle is quite difficult to clean, but it's not going to really be a problem. Enough to lose a star. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Perfect for pastry. I have arthritic hands and this is just perfect for rubbing in. It's lightweight yest sturdy and is ergonomically perfect my hands. Would thoroughly recommend.

Useful little tool. Saves getting the mixer out.

The metal parts are weak and get pressed together, would prefer a more sturdy one.

This is a great product for making pastry or scones or anything that requires rubbing butter into flour. So easy to use and great results. Wish I had found it years ago

Have been making pastry for nigh on 50 years. Lately I have been suffering from arthritis in my shoulders and hands so needed help to rub the butter into the flour. Saw this and decided to give it a try. It's brilliant. Got to the breadcrumb stage within a few minutes without much effort. Easy to wash as well. Am going to try mashing the potatoes for dinner tonight as well. Don't know what I did without it !!!
