Mechanix Wear - Material4X FastFit Gloves (Large, Black/Brown)

These are an nicely made pair of gloves at a reasonable price. So far i've used them for nearly 8 months at least a few times per week. The fit is very comfortable (obviously that can vary depending on the individual - check the size guide) -- but for me the large fits very nicely. They're soft and flexible which helps with finger dexterity on the more fiddly job, but the out fabrics appear to be tough enough not to tear or fall apart at the site of a semi sharp edge! The materials appear to be holding up well to the job and although it does stain that doesn't impact the durability of the fabric. They probably can be washed, but who's going to do that! They're meant to get dirt and be used well. I've used them for a variety of jobs from general DIY, Basic Mechanic jobs, chopping wood etc -- if they continue to hold up to regular use without ripping or falling apart within a year or two I'll buy another pair. Delivered quickly & minimal wasted packaging.

Best work gloves I've ever had. Believe the sales pitch, it's all true! I have small hands (size 6.5-7) and usually work gloves are either miles too big and clumsy on me or are dainty delicate ladies gardening gloves which disintegrate faster than you can say six pound sledgehammer. A size Small in these is a roomy fit, which allows a thin pair of cotton gloves underneath in cold weather and stops them sticking in hot weather, while retaining impressive dexterity throughout. Seriously, when I first tried these gloves they felt so thin I expected them to shred on the first brick I picked up. Instead they've withstood all the abuse I've put them through and hardly a mark on them to show for it. They machine wash just fine, air dry pretty quickly, and are just as supple as before, no hardening/ cracking/shrinking nonsense to worry about. They just so happen to be vegan friendly too, since they're not made from leather. I can't recommend these gloves enough, especially to ladies and vegans/ vegetarians who have precious few alternatives available, and none of this calibre.

I love work with this gloves, if feels really great on hands, only durability is not enough for my job. Please recommend much better durability model if you have it.

I am a lorry driver and do multiple drops in environments that are not friendly to my hands and often wet and dirty. These gloves are perfect and protect in all the right places to prevent fingers getting pinched and cut. They dry out nicely too which is good in the British weather. The fast fit makes them easy to slip on in a hurry. My favourite glove and well worth it

I've worked offshore in the Oil and Gas industry for 8 years, and where I'm allowed Mechanix have been my glove of choice. They are also the standard glove issued by my company for general use when working on equipment or for any work where impact gloves are not mandatory. The equipment I work with is in and out of the sea all the time so covered in salt water, and I regularly work on hydraulics, so I have to put my gloves into the laundry after every shift with my coveralls. The regular Mechanix gloves usually will start to come apart within the first 4 weeks. The stitching at the fingers starts to fray and then the seam splits open and they have to go in the bin. Now these are only a few £'s more, but of course my work won't buy them due to the extra cost, so I decided to buy my own to try them. Well, I'm glad I did, I've now used the same pair for 6.5 weeks being washed every day and they are still in excellent condition. My only caveat to this is that the first time I got these covered in 22 weight hydraulic oil it took several washes to get the oil completely out, where as the regular gloves seem to wash better, although this could have been due to different laundry crew doing the washing different. I liked these so much I've ordered a fair few pairs and I will now just supply my own gloves for work as I can't go back to the regular ones.

Great fit And look good but I've had two pairs and seams split in both pairs within a couple of months. Not used every day and mostly for stable work, but comfy one broken in. The fake leather doesn't have a lot of grip, and it soaks up moisture really quickly, so not ideal in wet and cold weather. Nice summer glove I reckon so I'll be purchasing another pair for the sun. If it turns up this year! 🙄

This is my secound pair of gloves. They are comfortable and do the job well. And for the price you cant go wrong!

Lasted 4 days of light work. Absolutely brilliant and comfortable. Very disappointed for the price

Los mejore guantes que he tenido nunca los uso para airsoft y para moto en verano y son perfectos

Très bon gans de travail qui sont suffisamment fin pour sentir ce que l'on fait et résistant à la fois. Je les utilise a longueur de journée pour manipuler tout mes outils électriques sur mes chantiers.
